Gardena Water Computer Timer Battery

It is very important to use the correct battery when putting your water timer into operation as per the instruction manual only use a 9 V alkalimanganese (alkaline) battery type IEC 6LR6.
Also check when purchasing a battery that it has sufficent shelf life left , there will be a date on it, you should have at least 4 years to run.
