Our standard delivery for orders under £45.00 is £3.50 inc VAT . For orders over £45.00 standard UK delivery is FREE - some items have a small surcharge due to weight, Small orders will usually be sent by Post, 1st Class is selec table at checkout - £4.50 -larger orders are sent by Carrier, standard carrier is approximatly 3 days . Larger / heavier items / orders and those to certain highland post codes and all off shore postcodes will incur a surcharge, if this is the case we will always inform you before we ship. Most additional shipping charges will show up in the ordering process.

Orders over £100.00 ex VAT will trigger FREE of charge shipping but surcharges will still apply to these orders.
You can also select Carrier 24hr service as an option at checkout for £8.50 inc VAT. (Surcharge and delays for Highland and Islands will apply)
This will normaly be dispatched same day, depending on stock availability and time order is recieved, but will always be the quickest delivery method.
Carrier deliveries will require a signature so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address.

Items are shipped directly by Wolf UK, I can confirm availability, by e mail, before ordering and will always inform you of shortfalls.
Orders Under £75.00 have a £5.00 shipping charge orders over £75.00 are free shipping.
We are unable to ship orders to Scottish and BT postcodes at the moment , many apologies , Isle of Wight has a shipping charge of an additional £9.00 which I have to add separatly
Non UK addresses
The site is not set up to accept a non Uk delivery address but in most cases we can arrange it. Always ask , send me an e mail.

For e mail or telephone orders up to £120.00 inc VAT there is a £5.25 inc VAT delivery charge irrespective of UK destination; orders over £120.00 inc VAT are free of delivery charges.
Orders are dispatched direct from MTD Uk next working day from day of order stock permitting .
It is not possible to ship to Ireland at the moment , Northern or Southern .

Returns
Always contact by e-mail before making a return.
We will accept any Gardena returns within 30 days of original purchase as long as the product is in the original packaging and in perfect condition. When the return reaches us safely and it has been checked, we will contact you to arrange your full value credit.
Lawnmower Spare Parts
Returning spare parts ordered in error will incur a re-stocking charge which is variable depending on the item. Identifying the correct parts for your needs is vitaly important, our aim is to supply the right part first time, to this end it is essential that the full model details off your equipment is used to identify the parts needed, and why in many cases we will send you a Pdf allowing you to actualy see the part.
